Here you will find all our payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you at checkout. All prices on the site are in euro (EUR).
Card payment
We accept payments with Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. The payment is processed securely through Stripe, with 3D Secure support. The payment is confirmed instantly and your order is processed without delay. Card payment carries no additional fee.
Cash on delivery
You pay for your order in cash to the courier upon receipt of the parcel. A fixed fee of 1.99 € applies and is shown in the order total before you confirm. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to 1499 € and only for deliveries within Bulgaria.
Bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer to our account. The account details (IBAN and beneficiary) are provided at checkout and in the confirmation email. Please use your order number as the payment reference. The parcel is dispatched after the amount is credited to our account. The transfer carries no fee on our side, although your own bank may charge a fee.
Installments through DSK Bank
You can pay in installments through DSK Bank, at 0% interest and up to 48 monthly payments. You apply online during checkout, and approval and the credit terms are determined by DSK Bank. This option is available for orders over 75 €.
ITOPIA EOOD acts solely as a credit intermediary presenting DSK Bank's financing offer and does not charge the customer any fee for this intermediation.
Payment security
We do not store your bank card details. Card payments are processed by the licensed provider Stripe, and the data is transmitted in encrypted form. For additional protection, 3D Secure authentication is used.
Currency, VAT and invoice
All prices on the site are in euro (EUR), including VAT at the rate of 20%. If you wish, you can receive a company invoice by providing your company details at checkout.
Refunds
In case of withdrawal or return, we refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used. The details are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
