Buyback of faulty laptops or laptops with hardware problems
If you have a laptop that won't turn on at all or has faulty components, and you'd like to get something for it, we will quote you a price once we know the brand and model, the faults and the relevant specification.
If you have no idea whether your laptop is faulty or working fine because its charger was lost long ago, don't hesitate to send us just the model and we will check what its specification should be. And if you bring it into our office, we'll tell you whether it works.

Bulk laptop buyback from companies
If you represent a company or a large organisation looking to dispose of unwanted ageing equipment in bulk and get something for it, don't hesitate to contact us. We can buy the lot, and on favourable terms.
Laptops more than 8-9 years old are not bought, as they genuinely have no value left (they can't even be used for parts) and belong in a museum.
Laptops of doubtful or unclear provenance are not eligible for buyback.
