The basics of using iZone.

iZone.bg is a Bulgarian online store for electronics and accessories, offering a wide range of quality products at competitive prices.

Not necessarily — you can order as a guest. However, with an account you keep order history, shipping addresses and favorite products.

Through the Contact page form, by email (info@izone.bg), or via the phone numbers in the Contact section at the bottom of the site.

Orders

How to place an order and what comes next.

Add the products to your cart, go to Checkout, enter a shipping address, choose a payment method and confirm.

Yes — before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email with your order number.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a courier tracking number. You can also see the status in your profile under My Orders.

Shipping

Delivery times, prices and courier options.

Standard delivery in Bulgaria is 1–3 business days, depending on the courier and address.

The price depends on weight and courier. You will see the exact amount on the Checkout step before confirming. Above a certain order value, shipping is free.

Currently we ship primarily within Bulgaria. For international orders, please contact us for an individual quote.

Payments

Payment methods and security.

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery and installment payment.

Yes. We use a certified payment provider and all transactions go through an encrypted connection. We do not store your card details.

Yes — at checkout you can add company details and you will receive an invoice by email once the order is paid.

Returns & complaints

Right of withdrawal, warranty, returns.

Yes — you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The product must be in its original packaging and without signs of use.

All products carry a 24-month statutory warranty for defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impact or liquids.

Contact our team via the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for return and inspection.

Account & security

Registration, password, personal data.

Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a link to set a new password.

In Profile → Personal Data there is an option to delete your account. You can also request an export of all your data first.

We comply with GDPR. Your data is used only for order processing, contact and (optionally) marketing. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time.
